Are you a dedicated LPN looking for a supportive and team-oriented environment? We're hiring Part-Time & Full-Time LPNs for both day and night shifts in our long-term care community.

What You'll Do:


* Oversee nursing assistants to ensure excellent care.


* Administer medications and treatments accurately.


* Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.


* Monitor and ensure safety, compliance, and infection control procedures.


* Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.


* Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

What You Need:

✔ Active LPN License (in good standing in the state of KS)
✔ CPR Certification required
✔ Long-term care experience preferred
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
