Great people make Schneider Electric a great company and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Process Specialist for our Smart Distribution Center just outside Budapest, in Szigetszentmiklós.

CEELog is one of the most important Distribution Centers in Europe in terms of volume.

It also has an Adaptation Center.

It covers 23,816 sq meters and has more than 200 employees.

Please note, this is an Entry-level / Junior role.

The main objective of the Methods team in the Distribution Center is to continuously improve our performance and service level.

Your mission will be:


* Design, map, and improve our processes


* Prepare the work instructions for our operators


* Implement digital and automation solutions


* Apply the SPS (Schneider Production System) and use it as a guide


* Identify waste and process deviation using Lean tools (LADM, Kaizen, Red/green, VSM etc.)


* Be the point of contact for resolution of issues related to process design


* Track distribution center performance and analyze root cause for improvement


* Collaborate with other departments: Operation, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.

What you will do:


* Contribute to the global efficiency of the warehouse and/or Adaptation Center


* Bring diagnoses expertise to optimize means, methods, tools, and systems


* Lead complex and transversal projects to improve processes using the right methodology focusing on:



* Safety and ergonomics


* Quality & Customer satisfaction


* Efficiency & Service Level


* Cost reduction

Manage big projects related to logistic, manufacturing or digitalization.

Analyze end to end logistic flow in order to propose improvements and keep our customers satisfied.

What we need from you:


* High level knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD 2D


* Studies in logistic, manufacturing, industrial, quality, or supply chain


* Proficiency in VBA programming and SQL is a plus


* Knowledge of 3D modelling (Blender, AutoCAD 3-D etc.) is a plus


* Experience in WMS SAP or Manhattan is a huge plus


* Experience in process improvement, lean implementation and/or warehouse process design


* Experience in implementation of SMART technologies (Cobot, AGV, etc.)


* Fluency in English is a must, Hungarian is a plus


* Fast learning and ability to work under pressure


* Problem solving and result-oriented mindset
