What you will do

The DCL Sr.

Brand Manager is responsible for delegating tactical tasks and objectives based on the marketing plan, ensuring successful event planning and management, and managing the execution of annual communications, research, and public relations plans.

They also develop advertising plans to support the marketing plan and identify appropriate vehicles and messages:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative brand strategies in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives.

• Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and market share.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.

• Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal ROI for brand initiatives.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with overall organizational strategy and direction

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful execution of critical processes related to business planning, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing

• Collaborate with Media Relations Manager to determine editorial path for the company's story in local and regional publications

• Identify and explore opportunities with regional partners, customers, Dr.Ci:Labo brands, and alliances to support brand development

• Analyze and interpret complex market access data and feasibility research to inform global branding, positioning, and pricing strategies

• Ensure implementation and maintenance of key marketing vehicles, including eBusiness strategy, promotional media, services, forecasting, pricing, and business plans
