Job Description:

Shockwave Medical is hiring a Therapy Development Manager to support the South territory remotely that includes, Atlanta, GA, North Carolina, Chicago, and Florida.

The primary responsibility of the Therapy Development Manager will be to collaborate directly with clinical trial sites to identify barriers to study enrollment and develop outreach, education, and patient identification initiatives that drive appropriate enrollment.

This will be accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term relationships with key physicians and their clinical staff.

Collaboration with internal partners and a willingness to experiment and learn will be keys to success.

How you will make an impact:


* Develop relationships with HCPs through regular outreach and education (live and virtual) activities, referring HCP visits, product demonstration and conference participation. 


* Establish an understanding of referral dynamics and build site-specific strategies to promote disease state awareness and appropriate patient enrollment


* Gather unmet needs and develop programs to address therapy awareness


* Pilot activities and bring standard processes to other sites; make programs scalable and repeatable
