Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D Data Science & Digital Health organization is recruiting for a Postdoctoral Scientist – AI/ML Bioimage Analysis to join the Data Science Analytics & Insights team to help advance AI/ML Analytics for Drug Discovery.

This role can be based in:

Zug (Switzerland), Beerse (Belgium), London (UK) and Hamburg / Berlin (Germany).

This is a 2-year fixed term contract.

The Data Science Analytics & Insights team within JNJ Innovative Medicine R&D Data Science & Digital Health organization develops innovative solutions using a variety of data sources across multiple different disease areas, encompassing oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders, immunology, neuroscience, and infectious disease.

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Postdoctoral Fellow who will work at the intersection of AI/ML, Computer Vision, Integrative Bioimaging and Multi-omics Analysis, and Drug Discovery

Key Responsibilities:



* Conceive, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions applied to drug discovery problems, including but not limited to, processing and analysis of large-scale imaging and assay data (e.g.

high content imaging, cryogenic electron microscopy, tissue imaging, and medical imaging), molecule property predictions, and AI-based optimization


* Contribute to design of analysis plan and technical execution of a project, and execute end-to-end analyses, including progress reports and high-quality code documentation


* Work closely with a cross disciplinary team of data and AI scientists, imaging experts, biologists, and computational chemists, and leverages cross-domain expertise to contribute to a rigorous scientific evidence package strategically aligned with molecule development cycle
