Purpose: In this role, you will challenge the status quo and drive precise, purposeful medical engagement to enhance patient care.

You must possess the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels while effectively collaborating with teams across the JNJ Innovative Medicine organization.

You will be responsible for:



* Becoming a trusted partner to medical affairs and analytics teams by understanding disease area priorities, identifying unmet patient needs, and proactively seeking innovative opportunities.


* Serve as the product owner and primary point of contact for advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions that enhance medical field engagement through both personal and digital channels.


* Proven expertise in designing and developing scalable analytics solutions in collaboration with Data Engineering and Data Science teams, aimed at supporting medical affairs strategies, addressing patient care needs, and assessing impact.

Qualifications / Requirements:



* A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in analytics and/or pharma consulting is required.


* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.


* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a commitment to driving business impact.


* Ability to adapt to shifting timelines and priorities.


* Comfort in influencing decision-making at leadership levels.


* Understanding of pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony Health, Truven, Optum, Komodo) with experience conducting patient analytics across the funnel (demand generation, fulfillment, persistency) is required.
