We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate-level co-op intern, ideally pursuing an MBA, to join our Electrophysiology team.

This 3-month internship will provide the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly contribute to our mission of advancing patient care and optimizing business processes.

The role is ideal for someone with strong research and analytical skills, a keen interest in marketing, and a desire to develop innovative solutions for the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Procedural Optimization and organization:


* Design and develop automated or semi-automated tools and frameworks to streamline internal processes.


* Focus on reducing manual work in key areas such as:


* Approval procedures, data access, document and information sharing, Sales force and sales field requests, Marketing asset library and records management.


* Ensure tools align with business objectives and support operational efficiency within the Electrophysiology Business Unit

Market research and product specific analysis


* Conduct market research and develop methodologies for effective customer segmentation.


* Create dashboard to identify business opportunity and risks.

Collaboration and Reporting:


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.


* Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and results.


* Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:


* Currently pursuing a graduate degree, ideally an MBA.
