As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, you'll be a vital member of our nursing team, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care by:


* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitoring residents' conditions and providing updates to the care team.


* Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff.


* Assisting with resident care plans to promote wellness and recovery.


* Documenting care and clinical observations accurately and timely.

What We're Looking For:


* A current LVN/LPN license in Kansas, in good standing.


* Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-centered approach.


* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.


* Attention to detail and proficiency with electronic health records.
