* Data Analysis and Reporting



* Analyze HR data, including workforce demographics, turnover, hiring trends, performance metrics, and compensation data.


* Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and HR teams.


* Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses to support HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies.



* Data Integrity and Management



* Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data by conducting audits and identifying discrepancies.


* Collaborate with HRIS Administrator and IT teams to maintain and improve data systems and reporting tools.


* Support data migration and system upgrades as needed.



* Insights and Recommendations



* Identify trends and patterns in HR data and present findings to key stakeholders with actionable recommendations.


* Provide insights to improve workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and overall organizational effectiveness.


* Develop predictive models to forecast key HR metrics, such as attrition rates and hiring needs.



* Stakeholder Collaboration



* Partner with HR business partners and leadership to understand data needs and align analytics with strategic goals.


* Serve as a subject matter expert on HR metrics and data interpretation.


* Train and educate HR team members on using data and analytics tools.



* Compliance and Confidentiality



* Ensure all HR data analytics and reporting comply with data privacy laws and organizational policies.


* Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE:


* 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.


* Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG/Ultipro experience would be helpful).


* Demonstrated experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
