Talent Acquisition Manager - Chimes DC (Baltimore, MD/Hybrid)

* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


* Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-priority roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.


* Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with business objectives.

Team Leadership and Development


* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.


* Ensure that the performance goals for the team are being met.

Conduct regular reviews to ensure recruitment targets are met.


* Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Stakeholder Collaboration


* Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure an excellent candidate experience.


* Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting


* Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.


* Present regular reports on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Employer Branding


* Promote the company's employer brand through innovative sourcing strategies, social media engagement, and industry networking.


* Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Talent Acquisition certification (ex: SHRM, AIRS, etc.) preferred.EXPERIENCE:


* 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting role, with at least 1 year in a recruiting leadership role.


* Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.

UKG/Ultipro ATS experience is preferred.


* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.


* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.


* Data-driven mindset with the demonstrated experience in analyzing TA data and making strategy adjustments accordingly.
