Mission

Schneider Digital organization working closely with the Energy Management and Industrial Automation business in delivering multiple software applications on the Edge and on the Cloud.

These applications are a key strategic piece for the digitization of our connected offers.

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and skilled DevOps Engineers to help us build the EcoStruxure Edge End-to-end connectivity platform, from device to cloud.

Your primary responsibility will be to create Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines and be accountable for the release and deployment of components on different environments like cloud( Azure) and cloud agnostic platform

You will work closely with Technical Leaders, Architects and Squad teams to ensure global consistency of the DevOps practices so that a robust infrastructure can be delivered.

A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design & development with high levels of quality & reliability is essential.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Configure, deploy, manage, and maintain releases and changes to cloud services on Azure platform

• Ensure stable and reliable application and associated services on multiple environments

• Create tools, automation scripts, and streamlined processes to ensure rapid deployment of cloud services

• Participate actively to Continuous integration and Continuous Deployment

• Proactively look at ways to improve security, scalability, product availability & robustness

Education


* Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline


* 8+ years of rich experience in areas mentioned above with 3-4 years of Azure experience

Essentials (Must have skills)


* Experienced in Azure DevOps & Github for Continuous Integration, Delivery & Deployment


* Proficient in creating tools, scripts, and automation in PowerShell & Python


* Able to manage infrastructure as code using ARM, Terraform


* Experienced in configuration & container management with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm


* Handle Continuous integration and delivery with Git and Azure DevOps


* Monitoring of services with App Insights, Azure monitor, Datadog


* Centralized logging of cloud services with Fluentd, Alert Logic, Logz.io


* Microsoft Azure Certification (MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or MCSE Core Infrastructure)


* Experience in Cloud Agnostic platfrom along with Azure


* Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
