Secretariat's experts maintain integrity, quality, and objectivity when solving complex disputes, delivering detailed analyses, and articulating meaningful results in a clear and concise manner.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on a Sourcing and Recruitment Associate based in our Atlanta office.

The role will be responsible for the sourcing and operation functions in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on experienced candidate pipeline development, sourcing, and recruiting coordination.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager based in our US Corporate Office.

It will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA/APAC manager and the TA team in building out a best-in-class talent acquisition function as Secretariat continues its rapid growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES



* Actively source experienced candidates by using databases and social media in US and Canada, EMEA and APAC.


* Develop detailed market-maps (EMEA, APAC, Americas), and talent pool assessments to create and execute robust search strategies and market intelligence.


* Coordinate virtual or on-site interview schedules.


* Assist in arranging candidate travel and processing reimbursement expenses.


* Utilize Workday for managing requisitions and understanding its talent acquisition process and reporting capabilities.


* Support the talent acquisition team, including the US Campus Manager and the EMEA/APAC manager to collaborate and support the growth of the organization.


* Assist with miscellaneous projects, specifically those related to process improvement and efficiency


* Participate in onsite recruiting activities, hiring events and career fairs.


* Additional projects to support our needs as we continue to scale.

QUALIFICATIONS



* 2+ years of experience working in as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer or Recruiter (Experience with engineering sciences would be preferred).


* Bachelor's degree and proven experience preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment.


* Experience working with different recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter), CRMs, Talent Networks, etc


* Demonstrated thought leadership for innovative and creative recruiting strategies in a high paced environment


* Demonstrated experience across key global regions (e.g., Americas, EMEA, and APAC)


* Expert-level experience utilizing all the features of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other common recruitment tools and platforms.


* Ability to quickly adapt to a fast paced, changing, and growing talent acquisition environment.
