Description

Define detailed scheduled strategy
• Detailed Schedule strategy: Responsible and accountable to define in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (E2E Supply, MPS Planner, Make, Deliver, Quality) the rules and logic to achieve optimal performance of the work center/plant with detailed schedule horizon.
• Master Data maintenance: Accountable to translate and maintain the strategy in the planning system through master data
Generate Detailed Schedule
• Sequence requirements: Responsible and accountable for generating the first pass of the detailed schedule based on firmed MPS plan, detailed schedule strategy and plant calendar
• Exception management: Responsible and accountable for the analysis of the first pass detailed schedule to identify and resolve any potential conflict (stock out, upstream bottlenecks, unplanned downtimes, rework schedule)
• Confirm materials: Collaborate with MRP planner to validate availability of the raw and pack materials required to execute the detailed schedule.
• Scenario planning: Anticipate, develop and assess alternative to detailed schedule when needed to mitigate and anticipate high probability risks to plan execution
• Feasible plan generation: Consolidate and integrate all output of the different confirmation steps to generate the optimized and feasible detailed schedule.
Release final schedule
• Communication to site: Responsible and accountable to communicate to all relevant stakeholders the final detailed schedule and hand it over to make for execution
• Feedback to MPS: Responsible and accountable that final schedule is integrated as latest production status in MPS
Monitor execution and adjust input
• Production progression and attainment: Drive and track daily progress of the production plan, order completion, volumes delivered against volume plan, replan when needed and communicate outcome
• MPS requirements: Responsible to feedback in MPS relevant manufacturing conflict and use MPS requirement together with production progression to generate orders to be scheduled
• Maintain calendar: Responsible and accountable for the plant calendar maintenance (maintenance, trials, events) at the lowest time bucket granularity in detailed scheduling tools.

Others
• Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue's behaviors, purpose and values.
• Subject Matter Expert for Detailed Scheduling tool (e.g.

Digital Scheduling)
• Actively participate in Detailed Scheduling COP as applicable.
• Active involvement in portfolio changes (new product launches, PIPO)

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Able to communicate in English during daily work.
• At least 3 years in a production environment, able to base in Site.
• In depth knowledge of Detailed Scheduling concept and has a good understanding of the product flows.
