SEA CoP CIP/PMO Lead Associate Manager

This position reports into Thailand Make Excellence Lead and is based at Bangkok, Thailand

What will you do

• Overall Responsibility

• Lead and manage CAPEX and CIP per committed Target

• Responsible for the business case development for Networking projects and Trade Customization feasibility study

• Lead Site Business Plan Internal Activities per committed timeline

• Develop site masterplan and smart operation site master plan

• Support Global/Regional Initiatives deploy to site • Lead SEA CoP Sharing and Collaboration Program

• Lead Smart Operation Initiatives Governance Program

• Support Make Excellence Lead and Operation Director on urgent tasks

• Principal Responsibilities

• Control CAPEX and CIP Phasing to ensure that the financial impact is deliver per committed target

• Understand business acumen to develop business case and connect with related function for support needed

• Propose and align with Key Stakeholder on the strategy of Standard Cost set up and Site spend reflection during Business Plan period.

• Collaborate closely with Make Excellence Lead and Operation Director during Business Plan Activities

• Oversee Smart Operation Initiatives program including Global/Regional Initiatives to ensure flawless execution

• Connect with MY Team to seek for opportunity on leveraging current practices

KEY RESULT AREAS

• CAPEX and CIP Phasing monthly per committed Target

• Smart Operation Initiatives executed per timeline

• Complete Business Plan activities and Business Case development on time

• Complete urgent tasks within limited time

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Good communication in English is a must

• Experience in manufacturing business process (FMCG is preferred)

• Basic Finance and Business Acumen is preferred Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong Analytical Skills and Problem Solving
