Job Description:
Constructs all critical supply chain activities driven down to core Warehouse and Distribution materials flow, from inbound raw material receiving, to pick-and-pull procedures, through to final out-the-door product deliverables.

Defines processes, systems, and reporting capabilities that improve the efficiency of warehousing and distribution services, using technology and monitoring metrics vital to achieving targeted performance goals.

Assists in the assignment of warehouse personnel tasks specific to material movement flow, and also arranges carrier’s transportation for finished goods shipments aligned with the customer’s planning and deliverable schedules.

Develops front-line guidelines for personnel to drive Warehouse and Distribution departmental resources toward their highest-qualified, proficient, and effective execution.

Collects data for the Warehouse and Distribution departmental budget in alignment with company financial goals, verifying expenses incurred are in alignment with agreed-upon budgets to prevent over-expenses.

Helps establish a plan to identify any warehouse and/or distribution issues or concerns to send to management for rapid resolution and containment.

Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.​ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
