Client Delivery Specialist (2-year Maternity Cover)

Great people make Schneider Electric a great company - and we are now looking to expand our Budapest-based team with an Entry-level Client Delivery Specialist, with a focus on Procurement and Forecasting services.

Please note, this is a Maternity Cover, with a 2-year fixed term contract to begin with.

What you will do:


* Ensure seamless delivery of contracted services to our customers, serving as the vital link between clients and internal operational teams


* Accurately input and manage client data in our reporting portal, Resource Advisor, while identifying and addressing any potential gaps


* Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate new client rollout and build strong client relationships at both plant/field and corporate levels


* Coordinate energy tenders and manage energy budgets for our clients

What skills would make you the successful candidate:


* Possess an analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to meticulously review and interpret data, while identifying and addressing any gaps in data collection


* Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, enabling you to efficiently manage large volumes of information and make timely, well-informed decisions


* Exhibit a detail-oriented approach to internal and external communication


* Display a proactive "winner mentality" by recognizing and taking initiative without the need for explicit instructions


* Take responsibility for collaborating closely with internal teams, overseeing and verifying their work before it reaches the customer

What we need from you:


* Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in customer service/client management


* Fluency in English is a must


* Strong analytical and organizational skills are crucial


* Familiarity with energy industry terminology is a huge plus


* Experience in energy procurement or financial report delivery is also a huge advantage


* Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot functions, is a very useful skill to have
