Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Consult and advise hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR business partners to understand hiring forecasts and advise on the best approach for hiring diverse talent for each bespoke role
* Leveraging talent intelligence, data and analytics to inform recruiting strategies
* Planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition ‘buy’ strategies and best practise recruitment methods
* Execute full life cycle global recruiting to include developing search strategies, sourcing, and candidate interviewing
* Driving strategic talent acquisition hiring projects which enhance the Employee Value Proposition to build and promote talent pipelines
* Partner with Talent Management and HR business partners to understand internal succession plan gaps and ignite critical hire pipelining
* Driving internal mobility & building diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing leveraging proactive and innovative recruitment tools & channels
* Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and center of expertise (COE) leaders including but not limited to HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, Relocation, Inclusion & Diversity, and Talent Management.
* Drive continuous process improvement of the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring process that results in a cost effective and candidate centric experience.
* Utilize CRM and ATS to manage candidate communication, track candidate activities, and report on metrics.
* Meets or exceeds industry performance benchmarks for time to fill, cost per hire, customer satisfaction and quality of hire metrics.
Monitors progress against these metrics and makes suggestions for process improvements.
* Keep informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
* Educate our customers on recruiting best practices and talent market trends.
* Successfully work with leaders to create and maintain pipelines for key roles identified by talent management, HR and business leaders
