Overall purpose of role We are looking for a strong and experienced Key Account manager to lead our biggest Account in BENELUX, AS Watson.

At Kenvue, we value the relationships with our customers and aim to build categories together with our retail partners.

AS Watson is one of our biggest accounts, where we work together on as partners.

As Key Account manager AS Watson, you will lead the BENELUX AS Watson business.

You will be part of a BENELUX team of Sales and Brand Activation professionals, reporting into the Mass Sales Lead for The Netherlands.

You will be responsible for leading the AS Watson account to achieve our short, mid & long-term business goals.

We are looking for someone who has the capabilities to manage important customer Accounts, with 5 years of experience in account management, category management
or trade marketing or someone who has experience at the retailer side and who is interested in making an impact at the suppliers' side of the business.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver the ambitious goals
• Deliver the ambitious targets on AS Watson.
• You are responsible for the yearly business plans & define how to win over the coming years.
• You identify risks & opportunities vs the yearly goal and course correct where needed, defining acceleration plans to mitigate the risks and acceleration plans to maximize our impact with AS Watson and our consumers.
• Assure that our forecasting is on point

Customer Management
• Drive profitable growth via a clear action plan
• Work with the Brand Activation Team, to assure we maximize the impact of our Brands at our Key retailers.
• Connect daily with your customer to be seen as the Key Partner for them in the categories we play in.

In person and via virtual tools
• Identify and execute new opportunities with your customer and internal stakeholders.
• You focus on growing categories and our brands at your customer, through category management and the focus on excellent execution
• Assure the right level of promotions to be competitive in the category.
