The team you will join

This position is a critical brand management role of globally the most growing category - Self Care.

In Kenvue, Self Care is a crucial growth engine in terms of revenue and profitability, continuously expanding penetration and market share.

This impressive growth is driven by our strong brands, such as Tylenol and Nicorette, alongside ongoing investments in innovation.

Japan is the second largest Self Care (OTC) market globally, making success here is extremely important.

By building partnerships with external distributors and developing business models, this would be a unique and interesting position that leads brand value and business growth.

What you will do

Position Summary

This role will play a critical role in brand management, leading total Self Care business from A to Z.

This role would be fully responsible and accountable to own E2E brand P&L management and marketing execution, along with sustainable brand equity growth and business growth in short term and long term.

This role will lead cross functional team to deliver results, also have tight engagement with Regional team to share, exchange knowledge and make exciting wound care future with scalable innovation pipeline and portfolios.

Role Duty & Responsibilities

Brand Management

Business management

- Require strong commitment and be responsible to deliver target P&L by managing both topline and bottom line, through commercial execution from ATL to BTL, in-store E2E, Innovations launch, Revenue Growth Management, along with the collaboration of cross functional team.

- Lead Brand growth strategy development both in short term and long term (3 years ) by partnering with regional/ global brand team and local stakes holders.

- Manage distributor partnership with business terms to build strong collaboration and business accountability.
