Product Owner - Infrastructure
As a Product Owner - Infrastructure, your responsibilities span from the execution-level to the business-level.
An effective Product Owner in our organization focuses on meeting our customer's needs while keeping quality at the forefront.
You should be passionate about product development in an Agile environment and comfortable coaching and practicing core Agile principles.
Through strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration, you'll continuously identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk mitigation while executing our Services vision.
Key Responsibilities
• In close collaboration with the SCRUM Master, take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• In partnership with the Future Offer and Product Managers, provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders and create and manage the product backlog/requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on for the current and next sprints
• In collaboration with the SCRUM Master, plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Provide input for the product vision, road-map and strategy
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
• Lead the product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Provide training and overall product thought leadership for internal and external audiences
Required Experience
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner in an industrial solutions portfolio
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or experience
• Experience with cloud & edge computing, as well as artificial intelligence and hardware components
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker
