We are seeking talented individuals with an engineering background who are passionate about transitioning into sales and eager to learn sales strategies while working with a growing team within our ASCO business unit.

Candidate Benefits: As an Inside Sales Engineering Intern at ASCO within Schneider Electric, you will have the opportunity to:


* Work closely with Inside Sales Engineers and Sales Engineers


* Gain hands-on experience in sales channel management and understanding end user/distributor relationships

* Direct interaction with multiple levels of Sales Leadership

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist with mapping End to End process from quote to post shipment



* Explore and implement AI tools and solutions available, and execute methods to better utilize time and enable efficient sales processes


* Assist with the review and development of ASCO 101 and 102 training to enable the overall sales process

Desired Technical Skills:


* Engineering background with an interest in pursuing a career in inside or outside sales


* Familiarity with electrical engineering with a strong understanding of Electrical Equipment and switchgear


* Proven experience utilizing various AI tools to enable greater productivity


* Eagerness to learn and implement sales strategies
