Intercompany Global Business Process Expert (IC GBPE)

Mission:

Develop a process vision for short and long-term and gain support for your development strategy.

Your IMPACT:


* Project Management: Lead and initiate projectization of key initiatives that deliver operating model design and implementation within the relevant process scope, including collaboration with process PMO.


* Process design: Develop and maintain current design documentation of sub-process operating models and relevant induction/training materials.


* Manage process deviations/continuous development: Team up with operations and SE Digital in managing continuous development and possible process deviation to maintain target design.


* KPI Definition and Reporting: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for end-to-end processes and within projects, ensure that these metrics effectively measure and drive performance.


* Good understanding of IC Recharge process and SERN tool could be an added advantage

Your Profile:


* At least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Commerce


* Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Accounting or Reporting


* Project Management & Change management experience


* Shared Services Experience is an added advantage


* Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP in FICO Module


* Prior Experience in HFM, SAP Central Finance would be a plus


* Strong Accounting Knowledge (IFRS)


* Proficiency in MS Office


* Standardization & Automation Mindset


* Good analytical and problem solving skills


* Good Communication in English (additional foreign language is added advantage)
