Your Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility


* Follow individualized care plans to meet residents' needs and preferences


* Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely and comfortably


* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by adhering to infection control and safety procedures


* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being and dignity of all residents

What We're Looking For:

✔ Current CNA certification in good standing
✔ A team-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
