This position reports to the Marketing Lead (Squad Lead) Central Europe and is based in Neuss, Germany (hybrid).

What you will do

Join our team as Junior Brand Manager LISTERINE! In this role, you will be shaping and executing the marketing strategy of one of our iconic brands across our 14 countries in Central Europe with a focus on Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and execution of media and communication strategies, e.g.

content creation for digital / social media channels, influencer and PR activation, ratings & reviews, website

• Identify growth opportunities by performing regular analyses based on internal and external KPIs, e.g.

on brand performance, market share development, category/competitor trends

• Budget ownership and management

• Support launches and relaunches, e.g.

by taking responsibility for product packaging and developing marketing trade stories including presentation in internal sales meetings

• Support development of strategic long-term plans and annual brand plans

• Collaboration with customer activation marketing and sales teams to translate brand strategy into powerful POS and online promotions

• Collaboration with market research teams and external agencies to understand consumer needs

What we are looking for

• Above-average university degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing

• First working experience/internships in brand management, preferably in FMCG and/or OTC

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ownership and accountability

• Collaborative spirit with great communication skills to manage different stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in German and English

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
