Role reports to: Sr Director, Customer and Selling APAC

Location: Singapore

What you will do

The Sr.

Manager RGM APAC is responsible for defining and directing the sales strategy of the organization, creating opportunities, identifying competitive/differentiation strategies, evaluating investment decisions, and building strong relationships with key leaders, partners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive RGM strategies to drive profitable growth, including pricing, promotion, and trade investment strategies.

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and execution of RGM strategies.

• Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share while maintaining competitive positioning.

• Promotional Effectiveness: Evaluate and optimize promotional activities to ensure they are driving the desired consumer behavior and return on investment.

• Trade Investment: Manage trade investment budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize growth and profitability.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of RGM strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of RGM professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure successful execution of RGM initiatives.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.
