Role reports to: Senior Finance Manager Reporting Analytics & Insights

Location: Summit for internal candidates; Kenvue is currently in the process of moving its Global Headquarters from Skillman, NJ to Summit, NJ.

This role is based in Summit, NJ but there may be a period of time during the transition that you must report to Skillman, NJ.

Travel Requirement : 10%

Pay: $73k-$102k

What you will do

The Global FP&A Senior Finance Analyst will report into the Global FP&A Senior Manager.

This role will support the Global FP&A team and finance CFOs in coordination with Regional FP&A leaders and various senior executives, providing business insights and analyses for improved performance of the Kenvue business.

Working in a fast-paced environment, this individual will contribute to the development & framing of the financial messaging, lead global forecasting processes , financial scorecards and analysis , management reporting for quarterly actuals, and various ad-hoc requests and projects.

This position also provides an outstanding opportunity for the self-starter to get involved in additional strategic projects with direct exposure to the Kenvue Leadership Team and regional finance leaders across the world.

This role is part of a dynamic team that interacts frequently with Corporate Controllership, Regional FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Enterprise Business Functions, Innovation Finance, and the Kenvue Leadership Team (KLT).

This role will lead the corporate P&L planning and actuals analysis and insights, worldwide P&L consolidation, and support analyses across all key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
