What You Will Do
The Project WU - technical WS lead is responsible for leading the 5 API technical qualification from E2E process with cross function and resources (including but not limit to RMC, Sourcing, SQM, Quality and RA., etc).

The key stake holders are not only the China business leadership team but also region and global diamond and functions lead]

Key Responsibilities


* Organize and lead project core team meetings as needed.

Maintains effective communication and working relationships among project core team between Kenvue and Janssen


* Management the project timeline on track to deliver the new source qualification and get DP HA approval


* Assess feasibility of project FPO to ensure that there is sufficient flexibility and contingency in the plan to respond to unanticipated difficulties.


* Budget and cost tracking and reviewing during project execution.

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications


* Strong Problem-solving, Communication ,influence and decision-making, project management skills


* Minimum of 3 years work experience in project management or with pharm/ OTC /API qualification working experience


* Superior follow-up skills to ensure that actions are completed, and issues are resolved in a timely manner


* Ability to perform well under pressure, adapt to changes and meet deadlines

Desired Qualifications


* Better to lead API qualification project experience or with cross functional experience, including but not limit to RA, Quality Supply Chain, Sourcing or make, R&D preferred.


* Knowledge of New Product Development and Life Cycle Management of Pharm/OTC product/ GMP/ c-DMF
