What You Will Do:

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses the key levers of price, promotion, and portfolio to drive GP acceleration.

Financial Analytics uses the controlling CIW metrics to the company and will be responsible for support some regional tools adoption in the company.

To support the aspiration to accelerate portfolio performance, the Revenue Growth Management & Analytics will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of revenue growth management (RGM) strategies and analytics projects.

This role requires a basic understanding of RGM principles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Power BI (PBI) to support and maintain our reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the FMCG sector and the ability to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement RGM strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.


* Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.


* Utilize Power BI to support the creation and maintenance of reporting systems and dashboards.


* Analyze sales data, pricing, promotions, portfolio and other key metrics to support decision-making.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on customer trade spend management.


* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.


* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

What we are looking for:


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.


* 3-4 years of experience in RGM, Customer Management and Analytics, preferably within the FMCG industry.


* Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


* Good communication and presentation skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
