This role will support digital transformation initiatives within the procurement function, focusing on data accuracy, process automation, and optimization of procurement systems.

The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and skilled in working with ERP systems, procurement technologies, and emerging tools.

What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Executing hands-on data tasks, optimizing procurement processes, and support system integration efforts within ERP and other procurement platforms.

• This role requires a strong understanding of data management, data analysis, and familiarity with procurement systems like SAP, Ariba, and other emerging tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Management: Extract, clean, validate, and manage procurement data across systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.

• Digital Tools & Systems: Support configuration and maintenance of procurement platforms, including ERP, Ariba, and data analytics tools to streamline procurement processes.

• Process Automation & Optimization: Assist in identifying opportunities for automation, optimizing workflows, and improving data-driven processes within procurement.

• Data Governance & Compliance: Maintain data governance standards and procedures for procurement systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational standards.

• Reporting & Analysis: Use tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI to conduct data analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights for the procurement team.

• ERP System Support: Provide technical support for ERP-related procurement tasks, including system testing, troubleshooting, and process documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, focusing on data management and system support.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
