Email Marketing Manager-Healthy Paws

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Email Marketing Manager at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is an individual contributor role focused on driving new business opportunities.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can drive ideas into action.

The ideal candidate will manage the email, aggregator & affiliate channels.

The position will report into the Healthy Paws AVP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:


* Email Management: Creation, execution, and optimization of Healthy Paws email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and achieving strategic goals, including creating blocks/templates, HTML, asset coordination, QA, segmentation building, and scheduling.


* Email Scheduling: Co-manage and execute master Email marketing calendar to create more targeted campaigns.


* Marketing Automation & Integration: Master the use of marketing technology for efficient campaign delivery.


* Optimize Email Creative and Templates: Work in partnership with Marketing Team and External Vendors and design partners to optimize Email creative, blocks and templates based on performance and insights, as well as best practices and ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

(Various formats include text, HTML, custom.)


* Data & Analytics: Manage and segment customer databases for targeted campaigns, employ A/B testing for continuous improvement, and monitor campaign performance drive optimizations.

Develop a testing calendar and report that includes subject line, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts, segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift.

Ensuring all utms and link alias are placed within emails for thorough data analyzing.


* Compliance & Best Practices: Keep abreast of global data privacy laws and email/SMS marketing regulations, ensuring all campaigns are compliant and reflect industry best practices.


* Budget Management: Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts, analyzing variances and making recommendations for optimization.


* Affiliates/Aggregators: Leverage established partnerships to further grow these channels to drive new enrollments.
