Coke Florida is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Logistics and Sales and Logistics Planning

What You Will Do:

The Senior Manager, Field Logistics & SLP is responsible for optimizing the distribution, sales, and equipment operations to ensure efficient routing of product and resource flow.

This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, and coordination with cross-functional teams to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvements in field logistics execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize field operations, inventory levels, and resource management.


* Analyze distribution, sales, and equipment models to ensure cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and service level improvements.


* Lead capacity planning initiatives to align resource and equipment capabilities with demand fluctuations and growth plans.



* Collaborate with regional and local field teams to improve last-mile delivery efficiencies.


* Monitor key logistics metrics (OTIF, lead times, cost per case, etc.) and drive corrective actions as needed.


* Implement best practices in route optimization, warehouse/sales operations, and equipment planning.


* Partner with cross-functional departments and vendors to ensure optimal service and compliance with SLAs.



* Work closely with Sales, Distribution, Demand Planning, and Customer Service teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
