Maximus is currently looking for a Bilingual Outreach CSR (English/Arabic) in San Diego County in Lemon Grove, CA! Outreach CSRs are the face of Medi-Cal managed care in California.

The role is to educate and enroll Medi-Cal beneficiaries to a managed care health plan.

Must reside in San Diego County and be willing to work onsite at our Lemon Grove location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to enrollees to update case based on return mail.
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
- Review cases based on return mail to determine if an outbound call is necessary.
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and excellent research skills needed to navigate through several databases to locate the client's answer.

- Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
