The annual salary range for this role is $81,552 - $101,940.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Design, plan, source and implement automation solutions, including robotics, conveyors, sorters, scanners, vision systems and PLCs


* Conduct root cause analyses of labor and/or process inefficiencies through operational data analysis, Pareto charts, process reviews, time studies, statistical reviews, simulation and discussions with operational leadership


* Develop design and equipment specifications for the implementation of automation solutions, including identifying facility design requirements based on activity levels, product envelope, product flow and transportation methods


* Build layouts and power requirements to accept automation designs; specify material handling and storage equipment solutions
