As a Recruiter, at RXO you’ll focus on recruiting talent at all levels and handling the entire recruiting life cycle to ensure a positive candidate experience.

What your day-to-day will look like:


* Execute against the TA Scorecard expectations (Time to Fill, Offer Accepted Ratio, Aged Requisitions)


* Full-life cycle recruiting including conducting intake calls with hiring leaders and reviewing recruiting process and expectations


* Screen candidates and submit recruiter notes to hiring manager


* Review new applicants for open roles within expected SLAs


* Take ownership of your requisition board while displaying proficiency using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


* Passively source candidates using tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn and maintain 35% acceptance rate

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience


* 1 year of recruitment experience in high volume/light industrial recruiting

It’d be great if you also have:


* Experience in transportation/logistics



* Experience with leading ATS (SuccessFactors)


* Advanced sourcing experience using the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications
