As the Crème School Executive Director, you will serve as the transformative leader responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and success of our early childhood education organization.

This executive position involves engaging in Crème de la Crème's mission, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

Your leadership will contribute to the development of young children and the advancement of Crème's mission and goals!

As the Crème School Executive Director you will:



* Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategic plan for your school, aligning with the mission and goals.


* Provide transformative leadership to inspire and guide the organization toward continuous improvement and excellence.


* Provide leadership and direction to all staff (including two salaried employees), fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and accountability.


* Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and skilled workforce.


* Be responsible for the implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality early childhood education programs.


* Ensure curriculum alignment with state standards and the needs of the community.


* Develop and manage your school's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation.


* Cultivate positive relationships with parents, families, and the community; including retention of families, enrolling/touring potential families, and the overall school engagement


* Represent your school at community events, collaborate with local organizations, and advocate for early childhood education.


* Assist as needed in daily school operations, at times including direct supervision of children


* Maintain all relevant regulations, laws, and policies related to early childhood education.
