QC Inspector 2nd shift

* Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Ensure compliance with Company Repair Station Manual/ Quality Manual        
+ Analyze, Interpret, evaluate and document NDT inspection results in accordance with company procedures, work instructions, applicable standards, specifications and procedures
+ Record inspection, test data and statistics manually or with the aid of a computer or computer-based system
+ Use of comparators, micrometers, scales and calipers
+ Ensure completeness of work in process documentation
+ Read, interpret and set up applicable NDT equipment
+ Read and interpret all inspection data and customer requirements
+ Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities
+ Ensure compliance with Quality Manual

Requirements/Qualifications:
+ High School diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years related experience.
+ Must be able to speak and understand English. 
+ Ability to determine and implement the most practical and economical method of using tools, gauges, fixtures and parts.
+ Skilled in reading and interpreting complex blueprints. 
+ Knowledgeable of machine shop practices. 
+ Maintains accurate paperwork and records.  Proficient in shop mathematics, including decimals
