Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and driven Deputy General Manager - Business Development to lead the promotion and growth of Schneider Electric's consulting services portfolio in the electrical and energy management domain.

This role requires a consultative selling approach, technical expertise, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional value through Schneider's solutions.

As a senior leader, will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities, building long-term client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects.

He/She will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with sales, engineering, and field services teams to achieve business objectives and drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Opportunity Generation and Business Development

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities in the energy and electrical consulting sector.

• Establish partnerships and networks to extend Schneider Electric's reach in electro-intensive and electro-sensitive industries.

• Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts, focusing on key verticals such as manufacturing, utilities, data centers, and commercial infrastructure.

2.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, senior officials and energy specialists at clientele

• Understand client challenges and objectives to craft tailored consulting solutions aligned with Schneider Electric's offerings in Energy and Electrical domain

• Act as a thought leader, presenting Schneider's value proposition and staying engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

3.

Consulting Services Promotion and Delivery

Promote and deliver consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Energy audits and efficiency assessments.

• Power quality studies and recommendations.

• Electrical asset management consulting.

• Data center audits and optimization.

• Lifecycle management of electrical systems and emerging consulting services.

• Translate technical expertise into business solutions that demonstrate tangible ROI for clients.
