We are expanding our team in Gurugram and looking for a Lead Engineer Devops to enhance our cloud capabilities and drive the integration of digital technologies in our operations.

Job description:

Product knowledge

• Develop a deep understanding of our stack, features, and solution offerings

• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products/solutions

• Ownership of Metrics, Reporting and Issues business logic development

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our data architecture and dataflows

• Work with team member(s) and internal stakeholders to capture requirements

• Develop new reporting business logic and enhance current reports to keep them in line with changing business needs

• Understand business use cases to define metrics to capture meaningful and actionable insights

• Build a deep dive understanding of our HW solutions to define business logics to detect anomalies across their day-to-day functioning

• Integration & testing of business logic developed in Python into Django based application frameworks running on Docker containers

• Fulfil ad-hoc data request from Sales stakeholders

• Documentation of all business logics, edge cases, supported configurations and related topics

Customer support

• Understand the customer facing issues

• Actively participatein discussions with the technical team to understand the challenge and act as a bridge between the business and technology.

• Prioritise critical requirements and stride towardsdelivering it in a set timeline.

Analytics

• Conduct deep dive exploratory analysis to help explain trend breaks or other data anomalies

Build understanding of analytics-based HVAC data models to optimise efficiency of the installed solution

Qualifications

Education and Technical qualifications:

• B.E.

/ B.

Tech.

in CS & IT with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or industry

• Understanding of Data Visualization best practices and basic Statistics

• Languages and Tools: Python (including Pandas & Numpy), MS Excel (Advance), SQL, GitHub, Power BI, Tableau (Basics), Docker & Django (Basics).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

• Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work in an agile environment along with hands on experience in JIRA
