Talent Management Business Partner
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with management to understand the employee performance and career path.
* Maintain the current development plans in T360 making changes when needed and updating management about those changes.
* Align management on performance of individuals in collaboration with local HR representatives.
* Actively works with local HR, Operations leadership, and the Workforce Development team to conduct regular talent reviewsthroughout the region.
* Responsible for coordination of employee development discussions with employees, managers, and local HR representatives.
* Accountable for working collaboratively with leadership to meet employee development objectives.
* Responsible for analyzing, forecasting development needs and reporting metrics.
* Conduct training as needed and make recommendations on vendors to fulfill training needs.
* Additional job duties and projects as needed by supervisor.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE:
* Ability to apply logical analysis and reasoning skills to develop optimal scheduling plans for training classes, to include forecasting training needs.
* Ability to communicate effectively, orally, and in writing and behaviorally with all levels of the organization.
* Ability to coordinate and facilitate development plans.
* Ability to understand the basic objectives of talent review.
* Ability to work independently and execute objectives in a cross-functional team environment.
* Must be willing and able to assist in all areas as necessary.
* Ability to effectively work with complex data such as work schedules, shift rotations, training schedules, etc.
* Demonstrated attention to detail.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree.
* Certification in Human Resources Preferred.
* Must be proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Experience facilitating development plans.
* Data Entry Experience
* Experience in LMS/Success Factors a plus
* Experience using Microsoft Teams a plus
* Experience using Power BI a plus
