For our location in 97828 Marktheidenfeld we are looking for a Test Engineer (f/m/d) industrial communication on Ethernet-based networks.

Design the "Industrial Internet of Things" and solutions for Industry 4.0 with us! As an experienced Test Engineer (f/m/d) for communication in automation technology, you will deal with the execution of hardware system tests, based on internal and external requirements and standards.

Your IMPACT:


* Cooperation with various international R&D product areas for the specification and implementation of Industrial protocol


* Ensure Internal certification of equipment and support of product areas in external certifications according to Schneider Electric standards


* Work together with experts on definition of existing and new Interoperability Test Strategies


* Ensure interoperability of industry assets and solutions by supporting the creation and implementation of general rules, requirements and internal standards by performing Interoperability and certification tests

Your Profile:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Engineering or comparable apprenticeship


* Good knowledge of communication systems in automation technology (e.g.

PROFINET & EtherNet/IP)


* Experience in automation technology including device integration into software products


* Knowledge of PLC programming languages


* Curious to discover and apply new technologies


* Fluent written and spoken English completes your profile; German is an advantage.
