Chief Partnership Officer, Florida
Position Overview
Nemours Children's Health seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Partnership Officer to join our Nemours Florida team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the management of pediatric operations, including inpatient, at health systems and hospitals.
He/She will report to the Chief Medical Officer, will work closely with the VP, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer, AVP Partnerships, Chief Quality and Safety Officer, and the NCH Administrative Team, executives, and medical leadership of partner health systems to develop pediatric programs, establish clinical standards and policies, set performance targets, and develop, monitor, and evaluate clinical quality metrics and patient satisfaction standards.
The Chief is responsible for promoting the Nemours Partnership philosophy of maintaining the highest level of care in the partner care environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintains communication with Site Leads on a regular basis via weekly phone calls and monthly group meetings to monitor progress and issues.
* Attends Pediatric department meetings at Partner sites in person or via teleconference 75% of the meetings per year in person or via teleconference.
* Reviews finances with the Chief Medical Officer, AVP Partnerships, Site Leads and administrators monthly.
* Participates in partner health system committees and activities as requested.
* Maintains regular communication with community physicians and leaders.
Qualifications
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Intensive Care Medicine, Neonatology, or another pediatric subspecialty as appropriate
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience
• Leadership experience with managing multisite practice
• Valid medical Florida license or eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
