SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager has a unique opportunity to join a high-impact and high-visibility team with opportunities to learn, grow and delve into every aspect of Marketing and Communications.

Alongside the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies that support the primary goal of the team: continuing to ensure that U.S.

Renal Care is a brand this is trusted and loved by the communities we serve.

The Marketing Manager will help promote brand awareness with our key stakeholders, on digital and social media and at corporate and industry events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

* Project management: supports effective project management of all marketing activities and projects within the team and on cross-functional initiatives.


* Management of vendors: coordinates & serves as project manager between the Marketing & Communications team and partner agencies (creative agency, digital and social media agencies, Swag agency and the company store)


* Social Media content creation & management: supports development of social media content & manages social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) in partnership with social media agency


* Event production: supports the Marketing & Communications in soup-to-nuts event production at corporate-led events and industry conferences, including: coordination with vendors, booth presence, and site logistics.


* Analyze data to evaluate success of marketing efforts


* Maintain pulse on industry trends & opportunities to continue to grow brand value and reputation


* Demonstrate our company values of Excellence, Partnership, Inclusion and Compassion


* Effectively communicate expectations; accepts accountability and holds others accountable for performance.
