Position Summary

Supports critical enterprise strategic initiatives of high complexity by developing and executing change management plans that enable projects to realize business results more quickly.

Creates and implements key change management deliverables that maximize user adoption and minimizes resistance.

Assists projects of high complexity on identifying process improvements.



* This Change Specialist will be assigned to the Corporate Enablement (CE) portfolio providing change management coaching and guidance to portfolio leadership and change leads.

Familiarity with CE structure and key initiatives is preferred.
