What's the role?
As a Field Services Project Manager, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role Field Service.
The Field Services Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with the field service team on items such as calibrated tools, inventory control, and inventory management.
They will regularly work with Field Service Engineers, Field Service Supervisors, the National Field Service Managers, and calibration and logistics suppliers to achieve proper inventory and tooling compliance.
They will also work with other partners, including the VP of Customer Care, finance, and other stakeholders as needed.

* Develop a systematic approach for annual inventory audits.
* Assembles and leads cross-functional project teams as required to execute and deliver strategic projects.
* Establish clear communication channels with field employees.
* Create a streamlined process for part transfers.
* Coordinate with 3PL suppliers for efficient returns and processing /scraping of dead-on-arrival / dead-on- install parts.
* Maintain an updated inventory list of specialized parts and tools.
* Tool lifecycle coordination includes planning, ordering, processing, and expensing of calibrated tools.
* Generate and distribute reports on tools including expiration date and status.
* Ensure adherence to calibration protocols through regular communication.
* Travel is required to logistics and calibrated tool suppliers.
* Create comprehensive audit plans for logistics sites.
* Performs ad hoc functions as required for Field Support with little or no supervision.
Do you qualify?
* Minimum of 5 years work experience in Customer Care, PM, or Field Service.
* Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* 5 years' experience in medical technology preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary.
* Extensive Microsoft Office software skills required.
* Must conduct himself/herself in accordance with accepted standards of professional business protocol.
* Expected travel requirements: 15-30%
