SAN Group, the founding master Agency of SIAA, The Agent Alliance, and New England's largest master agency, has a new opportunity for an Agency Onboarding Specialist.

The Agency Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new member agencies by providing comprehensive training and support.

This position focuses on educating new members on processes, technology platforms, and industry best practices to maximize their efficiency and success.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proficient in training both individuals and groups. 

Ideally, candidates should reside in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.

Consideration will also be given to candidates in Connecticut and New York.

Key Responsibilities:


* Facilitate onboarding for all new member agencies, with a primary focus on process training and technology utilization.


* Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions on the use of raters, including EZLynx and PL Rater.


* Provide training on Nexsure Retail Agent Portal and SIAA’s iConnect to ensure effective utilization.


* Master and deliver training on SIAA’s Optimizing AccessPlus Resources (OAR) Manual to support new members.


* Oversee the implementation and completion of the Agency Foundation Program 3.0 for start-up member agencies.


* Promote and provide training on SIAA’s Training and Learning Center (TLC) and MarketFinder resources.


* Collaborate with Agency Growth Coaches and Regional Vice Presidents to offer additional training and serve as a resource for member agencies.


* Maintain frequent communication with internal teams to align efforts and ensure consistency in onboarding support.
