Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: San Joaquin, Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities:


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.


* Provide education and support to residents and their families.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations.


* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.


* Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:


* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California.


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.


* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred, but not required.
