Your Role as an LVN

As an LVN at Napa Post Acute, you will:


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


* Monitor and document residents' conditions and communicate any changes to the care team.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.


* Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications


* Licensure: Current LVN license in California.


* Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting is a plus but not required.


* Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude.
