Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee all aspects of food service operations at both locations


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including dietary guidelines and sanitation standards


* Develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to residents' dietary needs


* Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service standards


* Monitor inventory, budget, and cost controls for dietary operations


* Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident health and dietary requirements


* Foster a positive and productive team culture within the dietary departments

Who We're Looking For:


* Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or healthcare food service management strongly preferred


* Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills


* Knowledge of dietary regulations, food safety, and sanitation


* Ability to multitask and oversee operations at multiple locations


* Passion for enhancing the dining experience for residents
