Primary Functions/Responsibility

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT solutions implementation and support.

As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of vendor solutions to clients, providing technical expertise, project management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation


* Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and architect IT systems tailored to their needs.


* Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network components.


* Configure, install, and integrate various IT technologies, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to client operations.

Project Management


* Proactively lead projects and stakeholders in the completion and realization of intended business outcomes.


* Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project stakeholders.


* Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address potential risks or issues to ensure successful project execution.


* Provide regular status updates and reports to clients and internal management, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Technical Expertise


* Serve as a subject matter expert on a wide range of IT technologies, including but not limited to hosted voice, contact center, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and virtualization.


* Troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.


* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your technical knowledge.

Client Engagement


* Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


* Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on utilizing and maintaining the implemented IT solutions effectively.
