PRS Assistant Product Lead - Fine Art & Valuables

JOB DESCRIPTION

The core responsibilities of the Assistant Fine Art & Valuable Collections Line Leader role are to collaborate with the Valuables Line of Business leader, analytics, actuarial, data science, product development, underwriting, claims, and marketing partners to manage the profitability and growth of the Valuables class (i.e.

fine art, antiques, jewelry, wine, and collectibles).

Responsibilities include:


* Support the Valuables Product Leader in driving financial metrics relating to the Valuables line of business


* Support projects to drive profitability, growth, and portfolio management, monitoring results patterns and loss trends


* Engage with brokers, agents and alternate distribution channels to promote Chubb as the lead Valuables market


* Work in a team environment with Sales, Underwriting, Risk Consulting, Operations, IT, Claims, General Counsel, and Actuarial to achieve business plans


* Assist in the development and implementation of underwriting guidelines for the Valuables line


* Work with Regional Teams to identify emerging trends and develop strategies to manage risk


* Evaluate market competitiveness.

This includes working with the Analytics team and field representatives to determine pricing competitiveness, having an understanding of market drivers for personal lines of business and evaluating competitive advantages/disadvantages of our product


* Provide marketplace-based insights and recommendations to improve competitiveness, coverage needs, and client/agent experience


* Develop strategic partnerships with specialized art and collections vendors


* Build relationships with art and jewelry centers of influence and new business referral sources
